VP Grout Turbo Patch

Vp Grout Turbo Patch is a super-fast hydraulic setting, high early-strength grout designed for rapid repair of potholes on asphalt or concrete roads, even during monsoon conditions. This free-flowing, self-levelling grout develops high early strength, allowing repaired surfaces to reopen to traffic within just 3–4 hours.

Note on Placement

• Initially dress the pothole to a depth of 75–100 mm and clean the application area thoroughly

• Ensure the area is free of loose material, dust, or laitance; pre-wet with water for at least 2 hours prior to application

• A concrete bonding agent may be applied if required

• Add clean angular aggregates (maximum 15 mm size) at a ratio of 15 kg aggregate per 25 kg bag of grout

• Mix with 20–22% water using a concrete mixer to obtain a cohesive, uniform consistency

• Pour the mix into the pothole and level to a smooth finish

• Cover the repaired area with wet hessian for at least 3 hours

• The surface can then be opened to regular traffic

• Mix only the quantity that can be placed within 8–10 minutes
