Description

VP Grout Ultra

VP Grouts are composite materials consisting of water, cement, and sand. They are used for filling voids under structural elements, joints, openings in surfaces, and similar applications. Unlike Ordinary Portland Cement, these grouts expand during curing, providing strong bonding and a clean, durable surface finish.

Why VP Grout Ultra is Superior to Non-Shrinking Grout

  • Free-flowing liquid offering a flow of up to 145% with 17% water and 105–125% flow with 15% water

  • Non-rusting — free from iron and oxidizing agents

  • Provides permanent expansion without the need for gas-forming additives

  • Develops early strength naturally without chloride-based chemical accelerators

  • Ready to use — requires mixing with water only

Why VP Grout Ultra is Superior to Conventional Portland Cement

  • Extremely low thermal conductivity

  • Consistent performance at temperatures up to 800 °C

  • Low shrinkage with excellent thermal stability

  • Free from asbestos, sulphur, and high iron content

  • Non-combustible material

  • Excellent waterproofing properties and corrosion resistance

Applications

VP Grout Ultra is a non-shrinking, free-flowing grout composed of an expansive hydraulic setting binder and specially graded aggregates. It is developed primarily for grouting machine bases and column foundations.

Typical Uses Include:

  • Anchoring machine base plates and bridge bearings

  • Permanent anchoring of bolts

  • Providing structural strength to machine bases and column foundations
